Store didn't have color or size. Waited a long time for staff who sounded like a China national to call outlets to check. She claimed it is unavailable in all outlets. I bought it in another color. To my horror, I found the color and size of what I wanted in 3 outlets in town the next day. WHAT?! This review is subjective opinion of a Jem Member and not Jem Singapore.
