Jem Streamlined Concierge Services

In an effort to streamline our concierge services, Jem Level 3 Concierge Desk will be operating daily from 12pm to 9.30pm from 1 January 2025.

Available Concierge Services with effect from 1 January 2025:

• General enquiry
• Information on mall activities and events
• Mall promotion enquiries and redemptions
• Lost and Found
• Sale of Lendlease vouchers

Submission of receipts for earning of Plus$ and in-mall redemptions will be via the Lendlease Plus mobile app only. Alternatively, instant earning of Lendlease Plus$ and in-mall redemptions is available in most stores at point-of-sale, unless otherwise advised. Please inform the store staff that you would like to earn Plus$ for your purchase and present your unique member QR code for instant crediting of Lendlease Plus$.
